Pull the adhesive from one end and keep pulling until it is removed. It might leave some glue marks on your windshield. Use rubbing alcohol, nail polish remover, or lighter fluid to clean these glue marks.
No, but it is recommended. The CruiseCam needs a power source to function. If you can provide a power source of more than 12V away from the car, then it is good to go.
The CruiseCam supports a type C cable. It is recommended to use the original GOBOULT cable for proper functionality.

- Check if the dashcam is powered on and an LED light is flashing.
- Turn the Wi-Fi off and on again.
- Remove the dashcam Wi-Fi from the phone’s Wi-Fi history and reconnect using the dashcam Wi-Fi password.
- Unplug the USB cable and plug it in again.
- Important note: If your phone is connected to Apple CarPlay or Android Auto, please disconnect these first before connecting with the dashcam.
The recommended operating temperature is -5 to 65 degrees Celsius.

There’s an option to format the SD card in the app. Please format your SD card using this option.
You can download the clip when you are in the car and connected to the device. Once downloaded, the clip will be stored in your local storage and you can access it anytime from the app.
